I am a graduate student in communication disorders, and I am currently taking a fluency disorders course. Reviewing counseling techniques for fluency therapy has also encouraged me to implement techniques (including ones learned from a counseling course last year) during therapy at my current clinical placement (a school for children with hearing impairments).
